JWA Dubai recognises innovation, excellence and achievement in the jewellery and gemstone industry across various categories. Companies may submit entries in multiple categories, up to a maximum of two (2).
2023 Award Categories
This award will go to the brand that can best demonstrate excellence and success in improving brand awareness, market share and customer experience; demonstrating innovation in retail brand building and its delivery; maintaining consistent and sustainable financial results; bringing greater customer and staff engagement; demonstrating strong leadership and effective management; and applying ethical approach to business.
This award will recognise the outstanding enterprise registered and headquartered in countries and regions in Middle East that can best demonstrate consistent and sustainable financial performance, shows a clear understanding of its customer segments and needs, has full buy-in from their workforce, and has delivered on its core strategic objectives.
This award will go to the most accomplished individual (not a company) who can best demonstrate exceptional vision and leadership in the establishment and development of a business with exceptional sense of entrepreneurship and leadership, and innovation in business model, management style or strategic positioning.
This award will recognise the outstanding coloured gemstone enterprise with operations in the Middle East that can best demonstrate consistent and sustainable financial performance, shows a clear understanding of its customer segments and needs, has full buy-in from its workforce, and has delivered on its core strategic objectives.
